Air Conditioning, Water & Electricity Conservation
Please help our community conserve resources by turning off lights and water when not in use. Keep air conditioner on ‘auto’ and at 75° Fahrenheit/23.9° Celsius. Please turn off AC when leaving the unit.

Airport Transportation
Airport transportation can be provided with prior reservations. Please contact the Paradise Properties Front Office at 340-775-3115 to make arrangements.

Amenities
Paradise Properties, Inc. can provide a pack ‘n play or rollaway bed with advance notice. There is a $40 charge for this service.

ATM/Bank/Check Cashing
The nearest banks are located ½ mile away in the town of Red Hook. Check with the Paradise Properties Front Office for directions and transportation information.

Balcony
No hanging of towels, clothes, etc. on balcony or railings.

Cable Television
Use the TV remote (check for brand name) to turn the television on. The Viya cable remote control turns on the cable box and allows you to switch channels. Be sure to select source or input “HDMI#” on the TV remote. “STB” on the Viya remote control accesses cable functions.

Check-In/Check-Out Instructions
Check-in time is 3 P.M. Check-out time is 11:00 A.M. For express check out, leave the key in the unit and lock the door. We will charge your credit card and send you the invoice by email/mail.

Coffee Service
Coffee Pot is available in each room. Coffee starter provided upon request.

Computer
Guests may request access to a computer or WIFI service in the Paradise Properties Front Office.

Copies
Copy service is available at the Paradise Properties Front Office. The charge for guests is 50¢ per page.

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover

Crib (Play Yard/Playpen)
Pack ‘n Plays are available upon request. There is a $40 charge. A limited number of high chairs are also available.

Currency
U.S. Dollar is used in the United States Virgin Islands.

Dry Cleaning and Laundry
Laundry service can be provided. Please see the Front Office to make arrangements.

Emergencies
In the event of medical or another serious emergency, please dial 911.

Crystal Cove Villas Security Guard is on duty from 7AM to 7PM daily. Villas may dial the Crystal Cove Villas Security Guard at 340-690-7343.

Guests may also call Paradise Properties at 340-690-1842 or 340-775-3115 for after-hours assistance.

Our Executive Staff is readily available to answer your questions.

The Paradise Properties Front Office is staffed from 9AM to 5PM daily. The After-hours number for assistance is 340-690-1842.

Grilling
No grilling of any kind under steps or on stairway. It must be done on grassy areas.

Housekeeping
Call our Front Office for extra linen including towels or blankets.

Laundry Facility
The Laundry Room is in the Crystal Cove administration building. Tokens to operate the machines may be purchased at the Sapphire Bay West Association office.

Mail and Messages
Mail and Messages received at the property may be collected by calling or stopping by the Front Office during office hours.

We are open from 9AM to 5PM daily. Please call 340-775-3115 / 340-775-0111 or stop by the office if you need assistance.

Parking
Parking is available on the property for all registered guests.

Permits to park on property are available at the Sapphire Bay Condominium West Association office for a $25 refundable fee. Office hours are from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.

The Resort is not responsible for items left in vehicles on the Resort property.

Pest Control Treatment
Pest Control Treatment is scheduled for the second Wednesday of the month. Please allow access to your unit for this treatment. If the exterminator is denied access, the condo association will charge the owner, and this charge will be added to your final bill.

Pet Policy
The condominium association prohibits pets on the property. Please contact the Front Office for assistance in making other arrangements for your pets during your stay.

Play Yard / Pack ‘n Plays
Play yard / pack ‘n plays are available upon request. There is a $40 charge.

Postage Stamps
Stamps are available at current postal rates from the Paradise Properties front office. You may also purchase stamps at the post office in Red Hook is 1/2 mile away.

Reservations
Please call 340-775-3115 / 340-775-0111 to speak to the staff at the Front Office for assistance. Reservations can also be made on our website at www.paradisepropertiesvi@gmail.com.

Restaurant
Sapphire Beach Bar, Paradise Pie Pizzeria, the Beach Buzz coffee shop, and the fine dining restaurant, Sea Salt, are conveniently located 240 meters or a 3-minute walk from the property. Sudi’s Caribbean Bar and Grille is located next to the main pool on nearby Sapphire Village. Several other restaurants are approximately ½ mile from the property in the town of Red Hook.

Safe Deposit Boxes
Safe deposit boxes are not available on the property. Please do not leave money or valuables in your room. Please lock your door when you leave your unit. The resort management and Paradise Properties, Inc. are not responsible for the loss of any lost or stolen valuables.

Sales Office
For assistance in booking group accommodation, please contact our Front Office.

Security Guard
For your safety, there is a security guard on the property at Crystal Cove Villas from 7PM to 7AM daily. The phone number to contact security is 340-690-7343.

Swimming Pool
Swimming pool hours are 7AM to 10PM. Children must be accompanied by an adult. No glass permitted in the pool area. Swim at your own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty.

  Safety and Security Procedures

Your safety and the security of your personal property are of the utmost concern to those of us who welcome you as our guest. We urge you to take advantage of the following suggestions.

DO NOT LEAVE MONEY OR VALUABLES IN YOUR ROOM. LOCK YOUR DOORS.

The management is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Double Locks
For additional security, utilize the deadbolt lock provided on your door upon entering. This will prevent the door from being opened by a regular room key.

Admittance
Do not admit anyone to your room without first establishing their identity. If there is any doubt about the person’s identity, please contact the Front Office at 340-775-3115 / 340-775-0111.

Keys
Do safeguard your key. Do not leave it in your room or in the door. Do not give your key to others. In the event of a lockout, please contact the front office or security for assistance. Damage caused to the doors or windows will be charged to your account.

Fire
Please familiarize yourself with the location of all the unit exits. In the unlikely event of a fire, please move quickly but calmly to the nearest and safest exit. Report fire or smoke to the Front Office and call 911.

We hope that these procedures will contribute to your comfort and well-being during your stay at our Resort.

All buildings can have fires. Plan what to do when you check in. You won’t have time to plan during a fire.

  • First, find two exits nearest your room. Be sure they are unlocked and unblocked.

  • Then, count doors between your room and exits so you’ll have a reference point if it’s smoky.

  • When you hear an alarm, act, don’t investigate.

  • If fire is in your room, get out and close the door. Once out, report the fire.

  • If fire is not in your room, leave if you can. First, feel your door. If it’s cool, open it slowly and go to the nearest exit. Crawl in smoke. Fresh air will be at the floor. Take your key so you can go back if you can’t use your exits.

  • Never use elevators during a fire. They could stop at the fire floor.

  • If your room door is hot, don’t open it. Your room may be the safest place to be. Seal all cracks with wet towels. Shut off fans and air conditioners. Signal at your window. Call the Fire Department and wait to be rescued.

 Personal Safety Tips

  • Take only what you can carry when touring and only necessary cash or Travelers Checks.

  • We encourage you not to leave valuables in your car or trunk. Do not believe a locked car door or trunk will make your valuables safe.

  • Always find out who is at your room door if someone knocks. Verify their identity before opening your door to strangers. If you feel uncomfortable, call security or the Front Office for verification of the visitor.

  • We encourage you to keep your door locked at all times.
